We collect necessary institutional contact data (Name, Company, Corporate Email, and Message) through our inquiry forms to facilitate service delivery. This data may be processed via our third-party provider (Formspree) to ensure secure message handling. We do not sell personal or institutional data. Data sharing is strictly limited to service delivery, payment processing, and legal compliance requirements.
Fees are non-refundable once Provisioned (activation window: first 24–48h after verification). Service credits are issued according to SLA terms if unusable. To cancel auto-renewal, email support@qovintra.com from the registered account email at least 7 days before renewal.
Prohibited: SPAM, copyright infringement, illegal activity, or unauthorized network probing. Attempts to bypass security or access other tenants are strictly prohibited. Breach results in immediate termination.
